KIPMONT Diamond Hand Profile Wheels are designed to create the most commonly used edge profiles, such as Demi-Bullnose, Full Bullnose, Bevel, Ogee, Straight Edge and Eased Edge.Suitable for a wide range of materials, including granite, marble, engineered stone, porcelain, concrete, limestone, travertine, bluestone and many other stone fabrication materials.Used for countertop edges, sink cutouts, vanity tops, shower curbs, pool coping, wall caps, stair treads and other stone shaping applications.

Fits most angle grinders and polishers with a standard 5/8"-11 thread spindle.Use your existing tools to do the job on-site. No dedicated profiling machine required. Even users with limited experience can create professional profiles.Suitable for DIY users, fabricators, installers, contractors, and craftsmen.

Vacuum brazed diamond technology provides fast shaping. The CNC-machined steel body maintains its shape during use.The nylon guide helps guide the tool without scratching the stone. The built-in bearing helps control cutting depth and prevent over-cutting.

To begin, securely install the profile wheel onto the machine spindle.Keep the nylon guide firmly against the stone surface all the times.Keep the hand profiler against the edge.Move with smooth, even passes along the edge for the best results.Do not force the tool. Use light pressure and let the tool do the work.

In most applications, the coarse-grit wheel is followed by polishing. After the coarse-grit wheel, you may also use a medium-grit wheel before polishing to create a smoother surface. For certain materials, the medium-grit profile may be all that is needed.

Can be used wet or dry. A small amount of water is recommended to reduce heat and dust.Run the tool at a speed that provides smooth operation and good control. Excessive vibration is a sign that the speed may be too high.

Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, gloves and a dust mask.
